Who we are

Capstone Quest Academy operates the Pre-K programs at our Tucson and Yuma sites and is responsible for the information collected through this website. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us using one of the forms on this site. Nothing is gathered in the background.

• Tour booking: tours are booked through Cal.com, a scheduling service acting on our behalf. Cal.com asks for your name, email address and phone number, and emails you a confirmation. Cal.com handles that booking on our behalf; we see the booking in our calendar.
• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, payment details, or immigration status anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your question, schedule your tour, or consider your job application. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

When you submit a form, the message is delivered to our school email inboxes using Resend, an email delivery service acting on our behalf. It handles the message in order to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes. Nobody else receives your submission.

What your own browser stores

If you change the language or use the accessibility menu, your choice is saved on your own device so the site remembers it next time. Those two settings never leave your device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Information about children

Tour bookings are made by a parent or guardian. We use it only to respond to your request. Enrollment itself is done on paper: the enrollment packet is downloaded from this site but completed and returned to the site registrar, so this site never receives it. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and this site is not directed at children.

How long we keep it

[RETENTION PERIOD — TO CONFIRM] Enquiries from families who do not enroll, and applications from candidates we do not hire, are deleted from our inboxes after this period. If your child enrolls, their records are kept as part of their school file, described below.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond. There is no penalty for asking, and it will not affect your child’s place or your application.

What this policy does not cover

This policy covers this website only. Once a child is enrolled, their school records are handled separately under our enrollment paperwork and the systems the school uses for families. This site also links out to other organizations, including AmeriSchools, Clever, PowerSchool, ClassDojo, RAZ Kids, Khan Academy Kids, and Quality First Arizona. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
